Please bear with us as we enter into another phase of organization and re-organization. We hope to have all our poop in one sock (together) soon. It is amazing how the actions and attitude of a single person can effect the whole of an organization or group. C.O.B.B. IS NOT a motorcycle club, nor will it ever be one. Having a presence in the motorcycle community does carry with it responsibilities and education along the lines of Protocol, Respect, Terminology and Acceptable Behavior. In a Motorcycle Club, one must probate or complete a training period of education and EARN their colors and acceptance. Half hearted effort and individuals are soon weeded out and sent down the road. Colors are very special and meaningful. A symbol that the individual wearing them has passed a rigorous training period with much emphasis on respect. Few in our Society and Riding clubs learn and are aware of. Our Golden Rule emphasizes Respect. Give it and you will get it. My opinion is: how can we respect what little or nothing is known about? We ARE NOT an M.C. Nor will we ever be. Neither will we mock the real deal and attempt to institute a program of probating, but if we put a patch on our back without educating we are inviting disastrous results. Where is this leading? ? ? Here to fore: All Chapter Members are requested to visit, read and familiarize themselves with the contents of the following website: Future members will have to acknowledge they have read and understand prior to being accepted. http://home.earthlink.net/~rcvsmc-edu/index.html Yours in the Brother/Sisterhood of C.O.B.B. |
